The track @ Center Cts. is just shy of 1/10th of a mile or 9.5 laps. We generally run distance with some speed work mixed in. We usually average 6-8 miles on Tues,Thurs,& Sundays. When the weather is good we hit the streets. Bryan
Roxie, I have been runnin' outside all winter and prefer outside except when it's icy and the side walks are not plowed :( I also run @ Center Cts. with my buddies when possible. Anyway, we most recently have been runnin' Ojibway Island for our long runs on Sunday's. All are welcome to join in. Early morning runs eh' sounds good to me. I'm sure i can round up 4-5 or more, Weekdays or weekends? Keep me posted and i'll try to get back in touch with you in regards to Ojibway Sunday run. Thanx, Bryan F.
